In addition to the material supplied by the Region, this letter will give our itinerary for Saturday, January 11.
- 7:00AM Meet at Clark… unless your parents are driving you.
- 8:00AM Rehearsal begins at Liberty HS
- 11:30AM Break for Lunch (CiCi’s Pizza)
- 1:00 PM Rehearsal at Liberty HS
- 4:30 PM Break
7:00 PM Concert Band warms-up and performs at 7:30PM
7:30 PM Symphonic Band warms-up and performs at 8:00PM
8:00PM Wind Symphony warms-up and performs at 8:30PM
We suggest that you go home and change before the concert that night. Please note your warm-up time.
We will only provide transportation to and from lunch. Please plan to attend your student’s concert at Liberty High School. Please see above for what time your student needs to be at warm-up and what time they perform. You do not have to stay for the rest of the bands after your student has performed. The auditorium will be packed. Please plan on arriving early.
We will provide lunch at CiCi’s Pizza. Bring money for games if you would like.
