Announcements

• All students need to wear their band tshirt to school next Thursday for the pep rally.  The jazz band will be performing at the pep rally.
• The jazz band concert scheduled for next Thursday, November 20th has been moved to Tuesday, January 13th.  Please note this change on your calendar.
• Practice Card is due on Monday, November 17th.
• All-Region is tomorrow.  You should have gotten several e-mails about this.
• There are NO Sectionals until January!!   :-)
• We will be working on “Scenes from the Nutcracker” as well as Ukrainian Bell Carol

Assignments

• Technical Mastery is expected on the following pieces of music:
  • The Polar Express
  • The Santa of Seville: m.44 to the end
• We will begin teaching the March of the Buccaneers on Monday.
