Assignments

• Daily Drills: Long Tones, Flexibility (slurs), and Technical Exercises (scales)
• Concert Ab, Bb, F, and G scales
• Iron Man – this melody works on 16th notes. Students should count the rhythm, then tongue (articulate) the rhythm, then play
• Other melodies to practice: Harry Potter, Party Rock, Shake It Off, and Do You Want to Build a Snowman
