1. Winter Party Wrap Up
   1. Put paper on tables in cookie decorating area and cookie decorating area cordoned off
   2. Have a volunteer on the ramp
   3. Pizza order amount was good.
   4. Shortage of televisions.
   5. Color-coded tickets for “Capture the Chicken” to eliminate some of the waiting issues.
   6. Pre-UIL Clinic – March 19 and March 20, 4:00 to 6:30 P.M.
      1. Four parents needed on Monday for water, soda, chips.
      2. Two parents needed on Tuesday for water, soda, chips.
      3. Pre-UIL Concert – March 22, 2012
         1. Concert Band at 6:30 P.M.
         2. Honor Band at 7:00 P. M.
         3. Symphonic Band at 7:30 P.M.
         4. Will involve concert playing and sight reading
         5. Pre-UIL Clinic
