OLD BUSINESS
- Discussion of pen fundraiser with Deb Fleming. Prizes are in, and we are in good shape with collection of fees for sample pens.
- Winter Concert – December 14, 2010 – will need two parents per band for supervision of students who are not playing.
- Tuba Christmas on December 11, 2010 (Mr. Katz will open up building as is needed)
- Pep rally scheduled for December 16, 2010
- All-Region Clinic and Concert on January 8, 2011 – All day event
- Winter Games concession stands on January 14, 15, and 16, 2011 (Fundraising opportunity)
- Gifts for Becky Holliday and other staff members including Cindy Connatser, Rhonda Mendez, and Renee Taylor
- Try the Instruments Nights 1/20, 1/24, and 1/25/2011
