The winter break was a wonderful time to relax and recharge and I would be lying if I said that it was really easy to wake up this past Monday! We have had a wonderful week, however, and have hit the ground running.
- Practice Cards are due, signed by you, every Monday. Also, if your child is missing any weeks on their practice record for this six weeks, please have them fill it out to the best of their knowledge and turn it in to receive credit.
- Your child received a new practice this week. Please review the events that are on there with your child. This semester is highlighted by a band party (Feb. 6), two required after-school rehearsals (April 20th and 24th), the Sandy Lake band festival (April 28th) and their Spring Concert (April 30th).
- The Scale Olympics has begun! Please ask your child about this and encourage them as they start this semester long project. As they say, “Let the games begin!”
