- Students should be working on all four etudes of your region audition music. Lines have been assigned with due dates. Please see your child’s music for dates.

Upcoming Events:
- Saturday, November 12th — Phase I All-Region try-outs (8:00am to 4:00pm)
- All-Region is tomorrow.

- The shuttle bus is departing at 7:30am, returning to Clark at 11:30am, returning to Carpenter at 12:00pm, returning to Clark at 4:00pm.

- The results from Phase I will be posted at clarkband.org on Saturday evening.
- We are going to have practice “’till your face falls off” on Monday after school for those students that make Phase II. This event is optional. The band hall will be open from 3:35pm to 7:00pm. We are serving Pizza and soda at 5:00pm. Basketball players may join us after practice if they choose to.
- Tuesday, November 14th — Phase II All-Region try-outs (4:00pm to 10:30pm)
- If your child makes Phase II, those auditions are on Tuesday after school at Vandeventer MS.
- Transportation will be provided. Let us know if you need a ride.
- The audition format is different for Phase II and the times are set and cannot be adjusted.
- The Basketball coaches are aware of the situation.
- We will have an optional “practice-a-thon” on Monday after school. (see above)

- Pictures will be on Wednesday, November 16th. Please wear your band t-shirt.
