There are some calendar changes that were made this week. Please go to clarkband.org to get an updated calendar.
Announcements:
- Practice cards are due on Monday, September 12th with a parent signature
- First Pre-Region clinic is tomorrow, Saturday, September 10. Click here for the schedule.
- All other Color Run forms can be filled out online here. Order your Mooyah meal, make a donation, or sign-up a Clark friend to run all online. The Color Run is on Friday, September 23rd.
- 8th graders play with LTHS Band on Thursday, September 22nd at the Star.
- First Pep Rally on September 26th.
- All 7th & 8th graders to play at the 7th grade game on Tuesday, September 27th.
- The sectional schedule is now posted. Please talk with your child about when their time is. Morning sectionals begin at 7:20 AM and after school sectionals run until 4:40 PM. Attendance is mandatory.
Assignments:
- All Scales: concert F, Bb, Eb, Ab, Db, D, G, & C
- Chromatic Scale
- Work on mastery at 90% or better of the Fight Song, Hey Song, Louie Louie, Cupid Shuffle, Low Rider, Cheerleader, Carry On Wayward Son and Gonna Fly Now
- Each section has an assignment for each of the 4 all-region etudes that should be prepared for the next sectional.
