Announcements

• The required after school rehearsals are coming up.  They are Monday, April 20th and Thursday, April 23rd.  Both will be from 3:35 – 5:00 PM and all students are required to attend both rehearsals.  Students that do not attend both rehearsals will not be allowed to attend the Sandy Lake performance and may fail band for the six weeks.  Please note that the rehearsal on the 23rd has been moved from its original date of the 24th.  We apologize for this change but it could not be avoided.
• Practice Cards are due on Monday, April 6th signed by you.
• The Scale Olympics continue.  Please encourage your child to push through and reach their goal of becoming an olympian.  Fabulous prizes await those that place!

Assignments

• Leve 2 Ab, Bb, F (2 octaves), G, C, Db, D, and Eb
• Chromatic scale 2 octaves
• Imperium, Comet Ride, and Stand By Me
  • These should be practice at the correct tempo with no mistakes.
