Old Business

Sue stated we had over 200 kids attend the Winter Party.  The party was a huge success and the kids seem to have a great time.  We may want to consider ordering more pizza next year.  Sue also suggested we may want to have the kids write their names on the back of the raffle tickets in pen instead of pencil next year.  We may also want to consider having more prizes.

Director’s Notes

Mr. Katz sent out a mass email inviting parents to attend the open meeting on Monday, April 12th at 7:00pm.  We need to replace almost the entire board.  We will introduce the current board members at the meeting and have them give a brief description about what their position entails.  We are hoping to recruit new board members for next year.  The focus will be on 6th and 7th grade parents.  It was decided the next board meeting will be on Monday, April 12th at 6:00pm.  This will be right before the general meeting at 7:00pm.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:47pm.
