1. Treasurer’s Report presented by Suzette Williams
2. Secretary’s Report – Minutes from November 9, 2011, meeting will be sent via email.
3. VPs of Volunteering – President Bob Geiger spoke for Michele Ellis who was absent.
   1. Phase I All-Region Recap
   2. Phase II All-Region Tryouts take place on November 12, 2011 at Cobb MS.  Parents needed to “kid-sit” in warm-up area in cafeteria.
4. VPs of Fundraising
   1. Will have to refund one order (No order was received although it was paid for)
   2. Monkey prizes sent – they are ladybugs and she’s going to coordinate with Diane Mansfield.
5. Discussion Topics
   1. Elementary Tours – December 2 and December 9, 2011 (Symphonic band will visit Christie and Shawnee Trail on December 2, and they will visit Smith Elementary on December 9)
   2. Euphonium class party will take place on December 2 and end at 4:40 P.M.  (They won the fundraiser prize party)
   3. Fall Clinic Number Two

i. Honor and Symphonic Bands on December 5

ii. Concert Band on December 6

1. Winter Concert scheduled for December 13, 2011 – ideas about rotating bands and doing a webcast
2. Instrument Screening Nights – January 19 and January 23, 2012
3. Winter Party scheduled for February 17, 2012.  We will need over 35 parents to help chaperone and supervise kids.

   2. December 1 – set up at 5:30 P.M. for Christie and Shawnee Trail
   3. December 2 – Symphonic Band plays at Christie and Shawnee Trail elementary schools
   4. December 8 – set up at Smith Elementary
   5. December 9 – Symphonic Band plays at Smith Elementary
   6. December 9 – Symphonic Band goes to Centennial HS to play with its top band.
   7. All-Region Clinic and Concert at Liberty HS on January 7, 2012.
5. Symphonic Band plays with Centennial HS band on December 9, 2011.
