REGION PHASE I INFORMATION
Thursday, November 7th
3:40pm – Meet in the band hall, unless you are Bus 3 or 4
4:15pm – Bus 1 & 2 Leave for Blalack MS in Carrollton
5:00pm – Bus 3 & 4 Leave for Blalack MS in Carrollton
7:45pm – Bus 1 & 2 returns with first group of students who have completed auditions
9:30pm – Bus 3 & 4 returns with second group of students who have completed auditions
If you would prefer to bring your child or take them home early, please let us know in advance by e-mail.
Also, you will be expected to check out your child from a band booster parent as the directors will be judging and unavailable to assist in the process. Thank you for your patience and support. We need lots of help for this event. Thanks!!
Percussion will be bused to Newman Smith High School for their auditions.
ALL STUDENTS WILL ENTER THROUGH THE CAFETERIA DOORS ONLY.
Students performing in the 5:30 PM block:

Will check-in at 4:55 PM

Proceed to assigned gym to warm up at 5:00 PM, no earlier
Students performing in the 6:00 block or later:

Should NOT enter the building until 5:00

Please remain in the cafeteria until 5:00 when the gyms become available. The large Gym will not be available until 5:30.
NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED IN GYM: NEW FLOORS, BE CARFUL WITH CASES SLIDING ALONG THE FLOOR.
THERE WILL BE CONCESSIONS 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

*Be on time to your audition rooms. You should go to the room when you are ready to audition in your window. It is important we stay on time.
