Since rain is in the forecast for this weekend, what better reason for your child to stay inside and practice! They have plenty of things to work on and could even put on a decent show for you and your family. If your child performs for you this weekend, please send me a picture for 10 extra points on their practice card.
- Practice cards are due on Monday, October 26th, signed by you.
- Monday is also a turn in date for the fundraiser and is the last turn in date that kids can get grab bags for turning in sales. The final turn in date will be November 2nd. The students are halfway to their goal of getting to pie the directors in the face…I’m not sure if I should encourage this!
- If your child ever goes to a live musical performance, please let me know. I will count it as one hour of practice time. I encourage them to go and experience live music from a band or a full orchestra. Check out this concert for a great time this weekend. This is a wonderful ensemble and some of our lesson teachers will be performing.
