Hello Parents!
Today we kicked off our 3rd annual Clark Color Run. This is our major fundraiser for the year and the only one we ask the kids to participate in.
- Our color run will be held on Friday, October 12th.
- Race Check-In starts at 5:15.
- Your kids will be coming home with a white envelope full of papers.
Below is information on the papers inside the packet:
- Band Student Permission Form (yellow) – Please sign and return this by Friday, September 14th.
- This registers your band child for the race.
- Non- Band Member Race Registration (orange) – This form will register any non-band members for the color run.
- The race is open to all family members of band students.
- You can register by filling out the form and returning it to the band office or online at http://www.clarkband.org/color-run-application/
- Forms are due by September 19th if you want to receive a t-shirt
- Raising Cane’s (pink) – This year we are pre-selling Raising Cane’s.
- Cost is $6.50 and must be pre-ordered.
- We will not be selling Cane’s the day of the race.
- You can order by filling out the pink form and returning it to the band office or online at http://www.clarkband.org/color-run-raising-canes-orders/
- All orders are due by Wednesday, October 3rd.
- Prize Sheet (green) – Our band directors shared some fun prizes with the kids today if we hit our goal of $20,000
- Sponsors (blue) – Thank you to all our sponsors who support this fun event. Please make sure to check them out and help support them.
