By the time you read this, the color run will have already begun and we will be having a blast here at Clark with the first annual Clark Color Run. I look forward to seeing how amazing this event will be for years to come!
Announcements:
- Practice cards are due in class with a parent signature on Monday, September 26th. Students should be practicing 20-25 minutes each night: Check your child’s band binder for assignments.
- You can still donate for the Color Run online here. Donations are still accepted after the race is over. The first turn in date for donations in class is September 26th. Your child will need to bring their donation envelopes on this day. Don’t have all your donations yet? No problem, there will be two more dates to turn in (Oct 2nd and Oct 11th!)

- Band fees are due. $30 to Clark Band or pay online here.

- The Dallas Symphony Orchestra will be performing at Stonebriar Community Church here in Frisco on September 30th as part of their DSO on the Go Series. Ryan Anthony, the principal trumpet, will be performing Haydn’s Trumpet Concerto with them that evening. This is a fantastic opportunity for your child to hear a world-class trumpet player!
