Concert band, Week 10

I hope you enjoyed the concert last week. We are proud of not only how well the kids played, but how maturely they carried themselves off stage. Thank you to all the parents that helped strike the stage and clear chairs from the cafeteria.

The Concert Band is entering a season of UIL prep. This means that we will be polishing our sight-reading skills as well as our scales. Soon we will add a new program of music for the Winter Concert in December. As we enter a busy and joyous time of year, keep encouraging your child to spend time every night on their instrument.
