We are so excited about our end of the year trip to Hurricane Harbor on Monday, June 3rd!!
- We need your help as a chaperone!!
- You will NOT be assigned a group of students to follow around all day.
- You will be asked to be in a “spot” in the park and observe.
- We will ask that you ride the bus and assist with roll
- This is the 19th annual Hurricane Harbor trip for the Clark Band.
- The park, located in Arlington, is filled with various water rides and pools.
- While large, the park is extremely safe.
- In addition to the huge number of lifeguards on duty, we will be bringing one chaperone for every 12-15 students.
- Please email us at Volunteervp@clarkband.org to volunteer.
- Please make sure that you have completed the FISD volunteer background check
- If you do not have a season pass, and would like to chaperone, please send a check for $30 made payable to the Clarkband.
- There is no on-line pay option at this time for chaperones.
- If you do have a season pass, then there is no charge for you to attend.
- The deadline to sign-up for your child and/or you is May 22nd.
- We must send them an accurate count.
Rates for the Trip:
- $40.00 for the students
- (payable on-line, or by check)
- $30.00 for the chaperones
- (no on-line pay option, please pay by check made payable to the Clarkband.)
- $24.00 for students with a season pass without food
- (no on-line pay option, please pay by check made payable to the Clarkband.)
- $5.00 for students with a season pass with food
- (no on-line pay option, please pay by check made payable to the Clarkband.)
- Please e-mail me if your child is a vegetarian so that I may have an alternate meal plan available for your child.
