Almost February already?!?

This month has flown by! I think it is because of how much fun we are having in class. Students have been working hard on scales, if you haven’t heard them play a scale for you, please ask your child to play their scales and to show you their beads. They are very proud.

Announcements:
  • Congratulations to the Clark Band program for winning the John Philip Sousa Foundation Silver Sudler Cup.  The only band in the United States to receive this award this year!  Click here for details.   • The Band Party has moved!!!  The party is now on Saturday, February 4th from 4:00pm – 6:30pm.  All students must have passed their MP3 report card in order to attend.  Click here here and here for details.
  • Please be aware that the district has asked that all volunteers sign-up for this new Volunteer Tracker at Clark.  You must do this or you will not be able to assist us with school events.
  • Practice cards are due on Monday, January 30th

Students should be practicing each day for 20 – 30 minutes at a time.
