Beginner Clarinet, Flute, Saxophone — Week 5

Announcements:

• Practice cards are due on Monday, September 23rd
• The Color Run is next Friday, September 27th

Homework:

• Students are expected to bring their instruments home everyday.
• Students should be practicing on their mouthpiece, then the mini-Flute or Clarinet.
  • Students should be practicing their articulation patterns with their device
• All students should put together their entire instrument.
  • Essential Elements —
  • Lines 9,7,5,3,1 
  • Lines 2,4,6,8,10,12,14
• Review 5 minute Theory 1-5
• Students should be practicing each day for about 15 -20 minutes at a time.
• Students should continue to practice the music alphabet .
