As we enter one of the busiest times of the school year, please communicate with a director any times of conflict you may have with any event. Conflicts are much easier to resolve ahead of time. Solo & Ensemble contest is super flexible and is not a full day event.

This is also a good time of year for student’s with school instruments to make sure it has been well oiled, greased, and clean.

• Students have received their solo practice.

• Spring Concert – May 26^th

Work on the following

• Concert Bb, Eb, Ab and F Scale – two octaves when appropriate, these should be memorized
• Concert G – not memorized , Scale of the week will be Concert C
• Forward March, entire piece with correct style
