Football Game on Monday, September 9th

Dear Parents:

On Monday, September 9^th, we are playing at the 8^th grade football game at Lebanon Trail HS.

Students are expected to wear their Band T-shirt, jeans or shorts, and athletic shoes. (No flip-flops please).
Parents need to drop off their child at LTHS by 5:00pm.
- Please let us know if your child needs a ride to the game.
  - If so, they are to stay afterschool in the band hall
  - Mr. Katz will be driving the bus.
If you are a Volleyball player, we are asking that you leave practice at 4:30pm to get ready for the Football game.
The “B” game begins at 5:30pm.
Since we cannot predict when the game will end, we are stopping at 8:30pm.
- Plan on picking up your child by 8:30pm from LTHS.
The students are expected to attend the entire event.

Students may bring extra snacks but we are feeding the students pizza, soda, and water at 5:00pm at LTHS.

8^th grade football players are expected to perform with the band during the game that they are not involved in.

All football players are expected to have someone bring their instrument and music to and from the game for them.
Since the “B” team plays first, they will start out with the football team while the “A” team will start with the band.
In the 4th quarter, the “A” team will leave the band and go to the field to warm-up for their game.
Then the “B” team will join the band for the “A” game.

8^th Grade cheerleaders are expected to perform with the band

Just before halftime, we will allow the cheerleaders to leave to go to perform with the cheerleaders for the rest of the game.
We repeat the process for the “A” game.
