Congratulations Honor Band for earning a unanimous 1^st division rating at UIL this week. Having earned a 1^st division on stage AND in sight reading, the Honor Band received the highest UIL award – Sweepstakes. The best part, though, was the kids learned that even though they perform and rehearse at a high level, there will always be more work to do. And better yet, the manager at Strikz was very complimentary of their behavior. What a wonderful way to begin Spring Break. Enjoy your week.

• Students should be working on a solo of their choice from the solo packet or a solo that has been assigned by their private instructor.
• New concert music will be assigned after the break.
